This notice explains what personal information Redline Logistics collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it. It is written to meet our obligations under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who controls your information

Redline Logistics is the data controller for the information described here. That means we decide what is collected and what happens to it, and we are responsible for keeping it safe.

You can reach us at any time by email at Rakkargagandeep@gmail.com or by phone on +44 7448 576397.

2. What we collect, and why

We collect only what we need in order to quote for a job and then carry it out.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, bank details, or any special category data (such as health information) through this website. Please do not send those through the quote form.

3. Information about people who are not our customer

When you book a delivery, you often give us details about someone else — the person receiving the item, or a contact at the collection address. We use that information solely to complete the delivery you asked for. If you are giving us someone else's details, please make sure they would expect a courier to be given them.

4. How the website itself collects information

Our quote form is processed by Formspree, which passes submissions to our email inbox. Formspree acts as our processor and its own privacy terms apply to the transfer. Submissions may be stored on servers outside the UK; where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards Formspree has in place.

The site loads a font from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash. Requesting those files reveals your IP address to those providers, as it would on most websites. We do not set advertising cookies, we do not run analytics, and we do not track you across other websites.

5. Who we share information with

We are a small operation and we share as little as possible. Information may be shared with:

  • Our insurers and, if needed, their loss adjusters — but only where there is a claim relating to your consignment.
  • Our accountant, and HMRC, as part of ordinary business records.
  • A subcontracted courier, if we ever need one to complete a job for you. We will tell you if that applies to your delivery.
  • Law enforcement or a regulator, where we are legally required to do so.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete information, where we do not have a legal reason to keep it.
  • Restrict or object to how we use it.
  • Provide it in a portable format.

Ask by emailing Rakkargagandeep@gmail.com. We will respond within one month, and there is no charge. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that we do not disclose someone's delivery details to the wrong person.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

8. Keeping information secure

Job records are held on password-protected devices and accounts. Access is limited to the people who need it to run a delivery. Where we no longer need a record, it is deleted rather than archived indefinitely.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email.
